We joined forces with Ad Council and non-profit Opportunity@Work in the fight against degree discrimination in the workforce. We spoke directly to hiring managers and workers in hopes to “Tear The Paper Ceiling,” an invisible barrier that blocks non-degree workers from getting hired.
